Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and systemic inflammation. This study aims to evaluate the effects of dietary fiber supplementation on systemic inflammation and clinical parameters in patients with COPD through a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
