In the post-pandemic era, the Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline and the Healthy Zhejiang 2030 Action Plan have promoted the upgrading of health management. However, the current weight loss intervention methods in colleges and universities are relatively single, mostly focusing on exercise or dietary guidance, while ignoring the synergistic effect of psychology and environment, resulting in a weight regain rate of over 40%. Moreover, the overweight rate of college students in China reaches 14.0%, and obesity and psychological problems form a negative cycle, which hinders the promotion of the whole-life-cycle health management. This project targets the 2025-level slightly overweight college freshmen with a BMI of 23.9-27.9, integrating the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and the Ecosystem Theory.
