This study aims to evaluate MyDiet, a nutrition education app designed to improve nutrition knowledge among healthcare providers. In this randomized trial, participants will be assigned to one of two groups: an intervention group or a control crossover group. Participants in the intervention group will have access to the app for two months, while those in the control crossover group will receive access during the second month of their participation. The study will evaluate whether the app improves nutrition knowledge, has the potential to influence dietary behaviours, and supports healthcare providers in strengthening their ability to provide nutrition-related advice to their patients.
