This randomized controlled trial evaluates the effect of Quranic recitation (murottal) on psychosomatic symptoms and fatigue in adults living with HIV who have psychosomatic symptoms and fatigue. Participants are randomly assigned to either the intervention group, which receives Quranic recitation for approximately 15 minutes, three times per week for 30 days, or the control group.
