This randomized controlled trial investigates the effect of Cognitive Postural Training (CPT) on postural stability and cognitive function in patients with hemispatial neglect following stroke. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Cognitive Postural Training combined with conventional balance training or conventional balance training alone. Training will be provided three times per week for four weeks. The effects of the intervention on cognitive function, hemispatial neglect, postural stability, balance, and functional independence will be evaluated.
