Repetitive Action Simulation Circuit Training to Reduce Arm Weakness After a Stroke

This study aims to examine the effect of an action simulation circuit training for individuals who have experienced upper extremity weakness following a stroke. The study will also examine the feasibility of the intervention as an occupational therapy rehabilitation approach. Participants will: * Engage in four workstations within the circuit training format: mental practice, action observation, virtual reality, and repetitive task-specific practice. * Participate in training 2x/week for 6 weeks (12 sessions).
