Summary
The goal of this study was to determine whether ICG improves outcomes in surgery for non-functioning macroadenomas. The main questions it aimed to answer were: Was gross total resection more frequent? Did ICG use lead to fewer intraoperative and postoperative complications? The investigators compared the ICG group with the control group to determine whether there were differences in outcomes between the groups. Participants received ICG intraoperatively if they had been randomly assigned to the ICG group.
