Summary
When performing desk work, individuals adopt a relaxed posture and the most common musculoskeletal complaints among desk workers are neck pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain. Pilates is an exercise method in which muscles are exercised both statically and dynamically. This study is a randomized controlled trial in which a minimum of 30 female office workers working at Fırat University Faculty of Health Sciences will participate. After the participants are determined, they will be randomly divided into two groups. The study group will be given pilates training 2 days a week in addition to desk exercises; the control group will only be given desk exercises. Pain, posture and burnout will be assessed.
