Chronic neck pain will be a common condition that can negatively affect daily activities, mobility, and overall quality of life. This study will aim to investigate whether adding chiropractic treatment to standard physiotherapy will improve outcomes in individuals with long-standing neck pain.
A total of 40 adults between the ages of 20 and 65 with complaints of neck pain will be included in the study. Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups. One group will receive chiropractic treatment in addition to standard physiotherapy, while the other group will receive only standard physiotherapy. Standard physiotherapy will include TENS, heat therapy, and neck massage.
The treatments will be administered over a total of 7 sessions, twice a week. Before and after the treatment period, all participants will undergo a series of assessments. These will measure pain levels, neck function, muscle strength, range of motion, and quality of life.
The aim of this study will be to determine whether adding chiropractic treatment to physiotherapy will provide additional benefits in reducing pain and improving function and quality of life in individuals with chronic neck pain.
