This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluates the effect of motion graphic video-based training on the performance of scrub nurse students during dynamic hip screw (DHS) surgery. A total of 30 operating room technology students in their 6th or 8th semester are randomly assigned to either an intervention group (n=15) or a control group (n=15). The intervention group receives routine clinical training plus a 15-minute motion graphic video demonstrating DHS surgical steps, while the control group receives only routine clinical training. Performance is assessed before and after a 15-day internship using a validated 43-item checklist.
