Summary
Brief Summary This study is a randomized controlled experimental study designed to evaluate the effect of spiritual care counseling training on nurses' spiritual well-being, perceptions of spiritual care, competencies in spiritual care, and spiritual care practices. The study will be conducted with nurses working in a state hospital in Rize, Turkey. Participants will be divided into two groups: an intervention group and a control group. Nurses in the intervention group will receive spiritual care counseling training, while nurses in the control group will not receive any training during the study. Data will be collected using pre-test, post-test, and follow-up measures.
