Summary
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of nomophobia levels on anxiety and academic self-efficacy in university students with text neck. In this regard, the comprehensive assessment aims to reveal the relationships between nomophobia, anxiety and academic self-efficacy by considering the physical and psychosocial variables associated with text neck together. Furthermore, the study highlights that approaches to text neck rehabilitation in the existing literature are mostly limited to the physical dimension, while psychosocial components are insufficiently addressed. It therefore aims to identify knowledge gaps and research needs in this area.
