Summary
The purpose of this clinical trial is to investigate the effect of myoelectric biofeedback therapy on upper limb function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and to analyze the adjustment of stroke condition and quality of life.The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does myoelectric biofeedback therapy promote the restoration of upper limb function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction? 2.
